Megan Alice is a cultural producer, event strategist, and heritage storyteller dedicated to building spaces — physical, digital, and imaginative — where Black identity is explored, celebrated, and redefined.
For nearly a decade, she has designed and managed experiences across the spectrum: from large-scale international conferences and corporate summits to intimate heritage programs and community celebrations. Her work blends operational excellence with cultural insight, connecting event production, storytelling, and research to illuminate the power of Black legacy, diasporic connection, and collective self-authorship.
With an MA in African Studies from SOAS University of London, Megan brings a deeply research-informed perspective to my practice — exploring how heritage, identity, and futurity intersect in both theory and real-world application. Whether producing events, developing cultural projects, or curating creative narratives, the goal is always to create meaningful encounters that educate, inspire, and connect.
Through Dear MegAlice, she shares her work at this intersection — from storytelling projects and cultural research to event strategies, public programmes, and creative experiments that push the boundaries of how we engage with history, culture, and one another
